About Vetted Home Pros
Vetted Home Pros is a free matching service that connects homeowners with one licensed, insured local contractor that has passed a documented vetting standard. It is operated by RoofIgnite LTD, a Michigan-based company that has worked with residential roofing and HVAC contractors across the United States since 2023.
What we do
Homeowners answer a short set of questions about their project. Our routing system checks which vetted contractor covers the address and is accepting requests, and introduces exactly one. Homeowners can request one additional quote. They never pay, and their details are never sold to a list.
What makes it different
- One match, not an auction. Traditional lead marketplaces sell one request to several contractors at once. We do not.
- Vetting before matching. Licensing, insurance, reviews, own crews, written warranty. The full standard is public.
- Documented consent. Every request carries explicit, recorded consent naming who may contact the homeowner, so contractors call only people who asked.
- Real coverage. Our city and ZIP pages are generated from the live routing system, currently 8 states with roofing pros accepting requests, so we only claim what we can match.
